Minoru Mihara

Minoru Mihara currently serves as the B.D. Director at Marken, where they focus on end-to-end logistics and delivery for cell, gene, and immune therapies. Previously, Mihara was a Partner and head of Operations at Freidhelm Loh Group, responsible for the Japan regional business strategy, and held various roles including SCM specialist at Motorola Solutions and Plant Engineer at Toyokanetsu. Mihara's educational background includes a Master’s in Science and a Bachelor’s in Material Science & Mechanical Engineering from Waseda University, along with an MBA from Bond University.
