Val Apoderado

Val Apoderado is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience across multiple leadership roles in the technology and operations sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of IT Operations and Engineering at Marker Trax since March 2023, Val also holds the position of Vice President for Enterprise Security and Compliance at Shift4, a role undertaken since August 2019. Previous positions include Director of IT and Operations at Merchant Link, Director of IT Infrastructure at The Jackson Laboratory, and multiple directorate roles at various companies including Nevada Cancer Institute and Diamond Resorts International. Val's career commenced with IT Management positions at Konami Gaming, Inc., Wynn Las Vegas, and National Airlines, Inc. Val holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Santo Tomas, earned in 1993.
