Kirk Marker

Kirk Marker is the President and General Counsel of Marker Development and also serves as General Counsel at Marker, Inc. Marker has a background in commercial real estate and construction law, with previous experience as a Teaching Assistant at Capital University Law School. Marker holds a B.S. in Structural Engineering from The Ohio State University and a J.D. summa cum laude from Capital University Law School.
