Paul Smith is currently the Group Claims Director at Markerstudy Group, where they have worked since 2001, leveraging 46 years of experience in the motor and liability claims industry. Recognized for their expertise in managing catastrophic and high-value claims, particularly those involving spinal cord or brain injuries, Paul actively participates in market initiatives in both the UK and Gibraltar. Before joining Markerstudy Group, they served as Regional Manager at Crowe motor syndicate from 1978 to 1996. Paul has been instrumental in the growth and success of the Markerstudy Group, being one of its first employees.
