Tom Urwin is a seasoned Senior Customer Success professional, currently serving as the Director of Expert Services for the US, bringing nearly a decade of expertise in strategy, enablement, and delivery of insights and analytics. They have previously held key roles at Trustwave, where they managed operations and client relationships, and at the Department for Work and Pensions as a Telephony Manager. Tom also contributed to the success of Unily and Market Logic Software, focusing on customer engagement and service excellence. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in American & English Literature from the University of East Anglia, complemented by an exchange program at San Francisco State University.
