Mark Willard

Mark Willard has extensive work experience in the market research industry. Mark is currently serving as the Senior Vice President - Brand Solutions at MarketCast since 2022. Previously, they held leadership roles at Phoenix Marketing International, including President of Phoenix CX from 2018 to 2022 and Executive Vice President from 2016 to 2022. Prior to that, they were the President of Heliotrope Insights LLC from 2015 to 2022. Mark also worked at Market Strategies International as the Managing Director of the Financial Services division from 2006 to 2015. Mark held the position of Executive Vice President at Research International and Research International USA from 2001 to 2006. Mark started their career as the Managing Director at Willard & Shullman Inc. from 1986 to 1998 and as the President of Willard Research, Inc. from 1982 to 1986.

Mark Willard earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Hofstra University, where they attended from 1976 to 1980.
