Steve Walker

Steve Walker is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership development, brand transformation, and marketing within various sectors. As the Founder and Principal of Two Sides Leadership & Brand Transformation Limited since July 2013, Steve has been instrumental in enhancing leadership systems and cultures globally. Complementing this, Steve serves as a Senior Executive Coach with Goodstone Group LLC and a Coaching Partner with T-minus, focusing on the development of senior leaders. In addition, Steve has held significant roles such as Co-Chair of the Board of Trustees for Renewable World and Deputy Chair at Sussex County FA, driving social impact and governance in sports. Previously, Steve was the Chief Marketing Officer at Sony Mobile Communications, where major marketing campaigns and rebranding efforts were executed successfully. Steve's education includes an Advanced Diploma in Coach-Mentoring from The Oxford School of Coaching and Mentoring and a BSc. and MEng in Electrical Engineering from the University of Bath.
