Andy Conway has over 20 years of experience in marketing and ecommerce. Andy most recently served as the Senior Director of Marketing at MarketLab, where they led rebranding efforts and the consolidation of multiple companies. Andy developed and executed a strategy shift to a multichannel marketing approach. Andy managed the Creative, Database Marketing, and Ecommerce teams responsible for all marketing activities.
Prior to their role at MarketLab, Andy worked as the Director of Ecommerce, managing multiple B2B ecommerce sites, marketplace storefronts, and an Amazon Vendor Central account focused on the healthcare sector. Andy successfully launched and developed a new online brand, growing it to $7MM. Andy established a merchandising strategy that resulted in rapid order and revenue growth.
Earlier in their career, Andy worked as a Catalog Marketing & Ecommerce Manager at MarketLab and as a Catalog Circulation Manager at another company.
Before joining MarketLab, Andy worked as a Marketing Analyst at Baudville and as an Assistant Marketing Manager at the Michigan Bulb Company, where they focused on direct mail circulation and ecommerce.
Andy Conway received their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Michigan State University, where they attended from 1993 to 1997. Andy later pursued a Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Marketing at Grand Valley State University, completing their studies from 2001 to 2002. In 2011, Andy obtained an Award of Achievement in Web Analytics from The University of British Columbia. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained a certification in Business Marketing Strategy from Kellogg Executive Education in November 2022.
