Terry Hedden

Terry Hedden has a comprehensive work experience spanning over 25 years. Terry started their career as a Sales Associate at AT&T, where they sold telecommunication systems to business and residential clients. Terry then interned as a Systems Engineer at Hewlett-Packard, providing system analysis and technical support.

Afterwards, Terry joined Ernst & Young LLP as a Senior Consultant/Manager, where they quickly progressed to a Managing Consultant. Terry worked internationally on projects in Project Management Consulting, Post Merger Integration, and ERP Implementations for Fortune 100 firms.

Terry then moved to Infor as a Manager/Project Manager, implementing CRM technologies for well-known companies such as Wells Fargo and Lucent Technologies. Terry furthered their career at Lectra, serving as the CIO for North America and Director of their Consulting Organization. Terry was responsible for implementing Product Lifecycle Management/PLM and Outsourcing Solutions for clients like Limited Brands and Sears.

In 2003, Terry founded their own company, Infinity Technology Solutions, renamed as Zymphony Technology Solutions in 2013, providing Managed IT and Cloud solutions to businesses in Florida and Georgia. Later, they founded Cloud Guru LLC in 2013, offering advisory services in the Cloud & Managed IT market. Currently, they are the CEO of Marketopia, focusing on overall business strategy and client satisfaction to help MSPs grow faster and be more successful.

Terry Hedden obtained a High School Diploma in College/University Preparatory from Hernando High School in the years 1988 to 1992. Following that, they pursued a degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) with a field of study in Decision & Information Sciences (DIS) from the University of Florida, from 1992 to 1996. Later, Terry earned a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with a field of study in General Business from the UF Hough Graduate School of Business in the period of 2003 to 2005.
