Mariah Vu

Mariah Vu has extensive experience in recruitment and management, currently serving as a Recruiting Manager at MarketSource Inc. since August 2017, with a promotion to Senior Recruiter in November 2019. Mariah leads a team of 3-4 recruiters, successfully managing the full-cycle recruiting process for retail sales, resulting in over 300 job offers and a 90% employee retention rate. Prior to MarketSource, Mariah served as a Manager Assistant at House Of Lu from December 2014 to July 2017, where responsibilities included training, supervising, and conducting interviews. Mariah's career began at Hibachi Grill and Supreme Buffet as a Server from March 2012 to October 2014. Mariah holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Georgia State University and previously pursued studies in Management/Marketing at Georgia Gwinnett College.
