Rick Haviland has served as president of MarketSource since 2009 and has been instrumental in developing the company’s relationship-driven culture grounded in high-performance teams, advanced technology, and thought leadership.

Haviland has spent over 20 years within Allegis Group’s family of brands, holding strategic leadership positions at Aerotek, TEKsystems, and Allegis Global Solutions (AGS). During his time at AGS, he served as president, where he was responsible for building a strong corporate culture and played a crucial role in the creation of the global workforce management company it is today.
