Luke Field has a long and varied work experience. Luke began their career in 1999 as a Professional Athlete for the Cleveland Indians. In 2000, they became a Sales Associate for Circuit City in the audio/visual department. From 2004 to 2009, they worked for PROBUILD HOLDINGS INC as a Supply-Chain Analyst, developing an automated pricing program for top five customers, creating measurement tools for fleet management, and implementing a delivery-dispatch tracking system. From 2009 to 2012, they worked for Cricket Communications as a Vendor Relations Manager - Demand Planning, developing an excel based model to increase forecast accuracy, coordinating weekly CPFR calls with vendors, and creating demand supply balancing workbooks. From 2012 to 2016, they were a Director Account Management and Senior Supply Chain Manager at Brightstar Corp. Here, they were the primary contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams for all inquiries pertaining to Sales and Operations Planning. From 2016 to 2020, they worked as Director - Supply Chain at Sprint, leading multiple Supply Chain teams overseeing device planning and purchasing, end to end accessory supply chain, as well as reverse logistics planning and disposition. Currently, they are the VP Enterprise Sales for MarketSpark, Inc.

Luke Field obtained their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Colorado in 2004. Prior to this, they attended Heritage High School from 1993 to 1997.
