Russell DiRico has been working in the professional world since 2003. Russell began their career as a Mobile Disc Jockey/Emcee for That's Entertainment DJs. In 2012, they became self-employed as an Activities Director, contracted by various area retirement communities, nursing homes and adult day cares to come in and administer a variety of casino games for the clients. In 2019, they joined Markett as an Area Marketing Manager, responsible for the hiring of ambassadors and staffing them at area events for various advertising campaigns in South Jersey. Most recently, in 2020, they took on the role of Field Supervisor at the U.S. Census Bureau, supervising a team of 20-25 people who would go out and enumerate to collect Census data for the US government.

Russell DiRico attended Lenape High School from 1996 to 1998. Russell then attended Rowan College at Burlington County, where they studied Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies.
