Ava W. has extensive experience in technical support and design within the 3D printing and consumer product sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Support Engineer at Markforged since November 2018, Ava leads technical support for the Markforged Metal X 3D printer and coordinates efforts across various teams, achieving an average first response time of 30 minutes and case closure in five days. Previous roles include supporting Automation Alley’s Project DIAMoND, the country’s largest 3D printing marketplace, and working as a Designer at SK Dental Lab, where Ava was responsible for marketing material design and logo creation. Additional experience includes product design collaborations at BISSELL Homecare and HoMedics, as well as foundational customer service roles at TJ Maxx/Marshalls. Ava holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial and Product Design from the College for Creative Studies.
