Stephan Brinckmann

Stephan Brinckmann is a Senior Materials Print Engineer at Markforged since April 2022, having previously held the position of Materials Print Engineer II. Prior experience includes serving as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Wyoming from January 2014 to April 2022, where research focused on the two-way shape memory effect in Nitinol. Prior to that, Stephan worked at Citispot Tea and Coffee from September 2007 to January 2014, taking on roles as Senior Barista and Manager. Additionally, an internship as an Engineering Controls Intern at Waddell Engineering took place from October 2012 to January 2013, involving control updates for valves in research facilities. Academic qualifications include a PhD and Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wyoming, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rowan University, and an educational stint at the University of Applied Sciences in Munich.
