Brian Banks

Brian Banks is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success, account management, and marketing strategy. Currently serving as Senior Director of Customer Success at Markful since February 2016, Brian oversees the client-facing division and has successfully implemented organization-wide CRM and automation systems. Prior roles include Account Director and Senior Account Development Manager at BlueHornet, where Brian increased customer retention and portfolio growth. Earlier experience in marketing and customer relations at Fashion Furniture Rental led to notable recognition, including “Manager of the Year.” Brian started the career as President of Creative Construction Solutions and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of San Diego.
