Honest, detailed and creative, these are the Markian ways.

A joint venture between two families, Markian believes in lasting relationships with customers, employees and designers, durable products, sustainable growth and good design.

In recent times, it can be noted that furniture and homewares manufacturing has become largely, and in some instances, solely, driven by the bottom line.
This means inferior quality, less pay for workers, compromised working conditions and furniture that could be without an enduring legacy.

At Markian we endeavour to help shape and uphold the standards of sustainable products using research and development advancements paired with industry knowledge and innovation. We challenge the idea that value is a product of price. We don’t compromise on production methods or cost of raw materials when it comes to producing a quality product. A Markian piece is meant to be enjoyed today, tomorrow and for the future.

The Markian Legacy is the story of passionate love for craft, excellence and relationship.

Be remarkable, markedly different and contrarian, be Markian.
