Dan is responsible for supporting Anser Federal’s Department of Defense and Federal Civilian leadership in developing and executing market-focused business strategies. He leads tactical efforts to identify, qualify, and capture opportunities, including forming teams to address capability gaps and increase win percentage. He also leads requests for information and proposal submissions, the largest of which to date is $220 million, a five-year win.
A member of Anser Advisory’s executive leadership team, Dan actively participates in corporate initiatives, including strategic planning and goal setting, promotion review panels, program management, financial reviews, policy review and enhancement, and business operations assessments. Dan’s contributions include the development of Anser Federal’s vision statement, assessment of organizational restructuring options, and revision to the hiring process to include diversity, equity, and inclusion considerations.
