Michelle Obata

Michelle is responsible for the Acquisition Solution across all portfolios. Her mission is to identify and deliver consistent services and to provide a repeatable brand, through standard tools, methods, communication, and training.

Previously, she was the Senior Defense Analyst supporting the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Construction. She also collaborated with key stakeholders to develop an xFAR™ Branded Solution for defense agencies who have Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) supplements.

Michelle earned a Master of Science degree in Systems Management from the University of Southern California. Her certifications include Construction Manager in Training, Construction Quality Management for Contractors, Project Manager Professional, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner, PMI Risk Professional, and Scram Master.
