Nicholas Hellman

Nicholas is an accomplished consultant and facility professional with more than 20 years of experience delivering leadership, project, program, financial, and contract management support to the Intelligence Community.

Nicholas has supported numerous clients and currently leads Markon's facilities to work in the National Markets Portfolio. Nicholas leads multiple contracts, including a 35-person professional facilities team for a large client engagement, and manages a client contract with revenue greater than $150 million dollars a year. Project management highlights include the renovation of a 127,400 square foot building at the Intelligence Community Campus-Bethesda and several other classified projects.

Nicholas is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional and Certified Scrum Master. He earned a bachelor's degree from Chamberlin College and is a U.S. Army Veteran. He was honored with two distinguished Markon awards—one for Client Service and the other for Professional Development.
