Tim Anderson

Tim Anderson has extensive experience in the financial and real estate sectors. Beginning as a Financial Assistant at First Community Bank from 2008 to 2009, Tim was active in promoting products, cross-selling offerings, and managing cash transactions. Following this role, Tim served as a Senior Real Estate Consultant at Property Valuation Services from 2009 to 2017, specializing in valuation analysis and property tax research while developing key relationships with county officials. Tim then transitioned to MarksNelson LLC, where from December 2018 to January 2023, Tim held positions as Manager and Supervisor before becoming a Partner at MarksNelson in January 2023.
