Lucy McMaster is a Senior Product Designer with over eight years of experience in user research, UX strategy, and complex B2B SaaS design, working across New Zealand and Germany. Currently at MARKT-PILOT, they create intuitive data-driven tools for manufacturers. Previously, they held roles at Choco, Somar Digital, and Springload, where they led UX research projects and developed scalable frameworks for design consistency. Lucy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Design Innovation from Victoria University of Wellington and is pursuing a Postgraduate Certificate in Psychology at Massey University.
