Natalia Bazaco

Natalia Bazaco has over 15 years of experience in human resources management. They began their career as a Técnico de Selección at Manpower from 2004 to 2007, then worked at Liberty Voz SL from 2007 to 2009 as a Técnico Superior de RRHH. Since 2010, Natalia has served as Técnico de RRHH and Responsable de la Unidad de Apoyo at Marktel, where they focus on HR processes and support for individuals with disabilities. Currently, they are the Responsable del Centro Especial Tutelar and collaborate in the area of Corporate Social Responsibility, while actively contributing to employee training and integration initiatives. Natalia holds a degree in Clinical Psychology from Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia, completed in 2003.
