Sahar Millis

Sahar Millis has a diverse range of work experience, starting with their role as a Captain (Officer) in the Israel Defense Forces from June 2006 to August 2013. They then worked as an Algorithm Developer at Ilyon from 2015 to 2016. Next, Sahar joined Demonicode, a cyber startup, as a Data Scientist, focusing on ML & DL for classifications and predictive models from 2016 to 2017. They then moved on to Genpact, where they worked as a Data Scientist from 2018 to 2020, specializing in developing end-to-end NLP models and scaling them for production use. Sahar subsequently joined Vimeo as a Senior Data Scientist from 2020 to 2022. During this time, they gained experience in utilizing dataflow, creating pipelines, and conducting analytics. Sahar's next role was at The Gist, where they served as the Lead Data Scientist, leading the company's AI efforts and managing a team of researchers, ML engineers, and analysts from 2022 to June 2023. Their role involved creating an AI agent chief of staff using LLMs, KGs, and client-side models. Currently, Sahar is working at Reichman University as a Lecturer, and starting from June 2023, they will also take on the position of Head of Artificial Intelligence at Marktrix. Additionally, in 2023, Sahar worked as an AI Consultant at LivePerson.

Sahar Millis obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from Bar-Ilan University from 2004 to 2006. They then went on to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, completing it from 2014 to 2018. Following that, Sahar obtained a Master's degree in Data Science from Reichman University from 2019 to 2022. In terms of certifications, Sahar received a certificate of appreciation from Reichman University in 2022, became an AI Researcher in psychometric test from Logipass : psychometric test Online in August 2020, achieved a ranking in the top 25% in Data Science from TestDome in April 2018, and obtained a score of 772 out of 800 in the Psychometric Test from NITE in February 2013.
