Dutch Markward is the Managing Director of Commercial Real Estate at Markward Group since 2024, overseeing industrial real estate transactions across eastern and central Pennsylvania. Previously, Dutch served as a Manager at BGS Consulting from 2021 to 2024, managing workstreams and teams to support clients in critical financial operations. Dutch’s experience includes roles as Assurance Senior at EY and Audit Intern at McGladrey, along with an Accounting Intern position at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, Realtors. Dutch holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting from Penn State University, completed in 2016, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, also from Penn State, earned in 2015.
