Alan Grant

Alan Grant is an experienced engineering leader currently serving as the Head of Engineering and Customer Solutions at Marlink since February 2023, and previously held the position of VP Global Engineering at Speedcast. With a strong background in engineering management and implementation, Alan’s career spans multiple companies, including ITC Global, where responsibilities included EMEA Engineering Manager and Senior Network Engineer, and Harris CapRock Communications, where roles involved leading the UK engineering department and managing operations engineering. Alan began as a Project Engineer at Nessco Ltd, focusing on turnkey communications packages for various environments. Alan holds a BEng (HONS) in Electronic and Communications Engineering from Robert Gordon University.
