Alix Walters is a Change Specialist with extensive experience in programme delivery and project management, currently serving as the Head of Programme Delivery & PMO at Marlink since 2025. Alix has held various leadership roles, including Business Readiness & Implementation Lead at Royal London and Change & Communications Consultant at St. James’s Place Wealth Management.
