Brian Storm

Brian Storm has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Brian has held various positions in different companies, starting from Glocall Satellite Communications in 1999. At Glocall, they worked in multiple roles, including marketing assistant, logistics manager, customer care, billing manager, and was responsible for major ERP software upgrades.

Brian then worked at UTS Abbink as a project manager, where they managed projects related to IT equipment relocation and handled tasks like estimating, planning, resourcing, and invoicing.

Brian later joined France Telecom Mobile Satellite Communications as a billing project manager, overseeing billing projects from September 2005 to March 2008.

In 2008, Brian joined Vizada as a manager of the Data Operations team, where they were responsible for data migration, operations, and the technical monthly billing close process.

From 2012 to 2016, Brian worked at Airbus Defence and Space as the Head of Business Application and Process Support. In this role, they managed a team and provided support for various business applications, service implementation, data operations, change management/development, and technical monthly billing processes.

Currently, Brian serves as the Director of Billing and IM Operations at Marlink since January 2022. In this position, they lead a team and is responsible for billing and IM operations, L1 and L2 support, service desk, and workplace environment support on various business applications across multiple global locations.

Brian Storm earned a Bachelor's degree in Commercial Economics from De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences between 1997 and 2001. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications. These include "Effective Team Leadership" from IMK Opleidingen in October 2013, "Biztalk Server 2006 for Architects and Projectmanagers" from Info Support NV in March 2008, "Bedrijfskundige Informatica" from NHA Distance Learning, Panningen, Holland in August 2007, and "Veiligheid voor Operationeel Leidinggevenden (VOL-VCA)" from VCANederland in December 2004. It is also noted that Brian has a certification in "Querying Data with Transact-SQL" from Microsoft, but the specific month and year of attainment are not provided.
