Lars Vestby serves as the Global Director of RCS at Marlink since June 2023, overseeing a global customer support organization with six support centers worldwide. Previously, Lars held the position of Head of Service Delivery at Hansen Technologies from January 2021 to May 2023, managing various functions including SaaS operations and customer success for the energy market. Lars also worked at NAGRA as the Director of Systems Engineering, leading technical customer deliveries and service evolution towards cloud solutions from January 2018 to January 2021. Prior experience includes various leadership roles at Conax, including Director of Customer Success and Director of Support & System Services, where Lars managed significant teams and customer accounts. Earlier career roles include experience at Telenor ASA and the Norwegian Armed Forces, with academic qualifications comprising a Master's degree in Information Technology Management from Bond University and a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Østfold University College.
