Nicolas Malgrain

Nicolas Malgrain has had a diverse range of roles and responsibilities throughout their work experience. Nicolas started their career at Deloitte Finance in 2002, where they served as a Director until 2008. Following this, they joined Geoservices as Vice President of Legal Affairs and Mergers & Acquisitions, holding this position until 2010 when they transitioned to Schlumberger. At Schlumberger, they served as Vice President of M&A Integration for Geoservices until 2014. From 2014 to 2016, Malgrain worked at BOURBON, where they held the positions of Vice President of Strategy and Deputy CEO & Group CFO. In 2016, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Ocean Invest Consulting and also took on the role of Chief Corporate Development M&A at Marlink. Nicolas held these positions until at least 2022.
