Patrick Decool

Patrick Decool has a strong background in the telecommunications industry, with a focus on digital products, cyber security, IoT solutions, and product management. Patrick has held various roles in reputable companies such as Marlink and E-Plus Group / KPN Mobile International. Patrick's most recent role was as the Vice President of Digital Products, where they oversaw cyber security, IoT, IT & network management, and edge computing. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Cyber Security & IoT Solutions. Patrick also has experience as a Director of Innovations and Product Management, Director of New Products, and Product Manager in the broadband services sector. Earlier in their career, they held positions as a Project Manager and System Engineer in the business, wholesale/MVNO, and prepaid services domains.

Patrick Decool attended the Lycée Faidherbe from 1994 to 1996, where they pursued a program called SUP/SPE, which was a preparatory class for entrance to Grandes Ecoles. Following this, from 1996 to 1999, they studied at the Institut supérieur d'électronique et du numérique and obtained a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Electronics and Telecommunications. Later, in 1998 to 1999, Patrick enrolled at King's College London and completed an MSc by Research in Telecommunication, with a focus on 3G interferences.
