Rob Bachan

Rob Bachan serves as the Head of Enterprise Architecture for Marlink Group and an Advisory Technology Director for Noremo, both since October 2025. Previously, Rob held the position of Chief Architect for bp's B2B Global Business portfolio from September 2023 to October 2025, and prior to that, served as Global Director of Architecture & Engineering at Tes from January 2022 to August 2023. Rob's extensive experience in digital architecture and integration includes roles at QBE Insurance as Global Head of Digital Architecture & Integration and at Telenor as CTO & Managing Director of Telenor Digital Asia. Earlier career highlights include leadership positions at IBM, where Rob was Lead European Apple+IBM Architect and Chief Mobile Technologist for Europe. Rob holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from UCL and completed A-Levels at Presentation College in Trinidad and Tobago.
