Ronald's career also encompasses roles such as Director of GTM Solutions Architecture at eHosting DataFort and Dimension Data, achieving significant revenue growth through strategic solution sales. Earlier positions at Microsoft involved leading GTM strategies for IT Service Management across the EMEA region. Ronald holds a Doctor of Business Administration, Executive certifications, and multiple degrees in Information Systems Management.
