Tim Riemens

Tim Riemens is currently serving as Legal Counsel at Marlink, focusing on commercial and corporate law. Tim previously worked as an attorney-at-law at Loyens & Loeff, where they specialized in Corporate M&A and Employment law, coordinating transactions and advising clients on legal risks. Tim held positions at Holla legal & tax and Baker McKenzie Amsterdam, gaining valuable experience in financing, insolvency, and banking & finance. Tim also contributed to academic life as an acquisition officer for Studievereniging Perikles and served as chair of the External Activities Committee at Utrecht Law College Tilia. Tim earned a Master of Laws from Radboud University and conducted studies at both Universiteit Utrecht and Lund University.
