Caroline O'Connor

COO at Miami Marlins

Caroline O'Connor is the current COO of the Miami Marlins. Caroline has also previously worked for the Parks Foundation of Miami-Dade, Morgan Stanley, UBS Investment Bank, IBM Global Services, and Bloomberg.

Caroline started their career as an intern at Bloomberg in 1998. Caroline then worked as a Senior I/T Specialist at IBM Global Services from 2000 to 2006. In 2006, they transitioned to the financial sector and became a Director at UBS Investment Bank. Caroline left UBS in 2012 to join Morgan Stanley as their Managing Director of Wealth Management and Investment Management Technology. Caroline left Morgan Stanley in 2017 to return to the Miami Marlins, where they currently serve as their COO.

Caroline O'Connor has a MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business and a BA in Computer Information Systems from Rutgers University.

They work with Kim Ng - General Manager, Raquel Egusquiza - VP, DEI & Executive Director, Miami Marlins Foundation, and Meaghan Savin - Director, Partnership Strategy. Ana Hernandez - VP, HR, David Enriquez - Senior Director, IT, and Gerry Fernández - Supervisor, Ticket Operations report to Caroline O'Connor. Caroline O'Connor reports to Bruce Sherman, Chairman & Principal Owner.
