Chris Mettler

Chris Mettler is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience across various industries. As the Founder and Chairman, as well as President of Sovereign Co. since February 2017, Mettler has demonstrated strong leadership skills. In addition, Mettler serves on the Board of Directors for ServisFirst Bank and is a Minority Owner of the Miami Marlins, both roles held since 2019 and 2017, respectively. Previous experience includes positions as an Advisor for LendingTree, founder of CompareCards, and Co-Founder of SnapCap by LendingTree. Mettler's career began at Illinois Tool Works, where a role as Business Unit Manager was held from 2004 to 2010. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Marketing from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in English and Human Organization from Vanderbilt University.
