David Hernandez Beayne

David Hernandez Beayne currently serves as the Director of International Scouting for the Miami Marlins and loanDepot park, with a career spanning from January 2019 to the present, where David has also held positions as Assistant Director and Manager of International Scouting, among others. Prior experience includes an internship in Player Development with the Boston Red Sox and ownership of Baseball Prospects Site, a platform David founded. Earlier in the career, David worked as Logistics Director and Museum Curator at Kiso Lab, negotiating significant acquisitions for a museum collection and representing the organization in media engagements. David holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Florida International University, earned in 2017.
