Manuel Padron

Manuel (Manny) Padron is an accomplished professional in the baseball industry with extensive experience in international scouting and operations. Currently serving as the International Crosschecker and Manager of VZ Operations for the Miami Marlins and loanDepot park since November 2021, Manny has previously held significant roles with the Toronto Blue Jays as a South Florida and Puerto Rico Area Scout, and as a Video Coordinator for Amateur Scouting. Additional experience includes positions with the Boston Red Sox, where responsibilities ranged from Coordinator of Venezuelan Scouting to Baseball Operations Intern. Manny’s background also encompasses financial roles, including as an Equity Research Consultant at Babson College/Essex Investment Management and as Assistant General Manager at Neydeca C.A., highlighting expertise in payroll management and financial analysis. Manny holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Corporate Finance from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidad Metropolitana (VE).
