Mike Soper has extensive experience in professional baseball scouting, currently serving as a Regional Cross Checker for the Miami Marlins since September 2018. Prior to this role, Mike held various scouting positions with the Cleveland Indians as an Area Scout and SE Regional Scout from November 2004 to September 2018, the Chicago Cubs as an East Coast Crosschecker from October 1999 to October 2004, and the Oakland Athletics as an Area Scout from September 1995 to September 1999. Mike earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance/Business from Florida International University, attending from 1993 to February 1996.
