Sarah Katz, MS, RD, LD is a Sports Dietitian with diverse experience in athletic nutrition. They served as the Performance Dietitian at Texas A&M University from 2022 to 2024 and will be the Assistant Director of Nutrition for the Miami Marlins and loanDepot park in 2024. Previously, they worked as a Sports Nutrition Consultant for the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee and held various roles including Sports Nutrition Assistant with the Baltimore Orioles and Wellness Intern at Good Measure Meals. Sarah holds a Master of Science in Nutrition from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Health from Emory University.
