Toby Nagel

Toby Nagel is a seasoned baseball professional currently serving as a MiLB Pitching Coach for the Miami Marlins and loanDepot park since August 2025. Prior to this role, Toby Nagel worked at Driveline Baseball Enterprises, Inc from October 2021 to August 2025, holding several positions including Pitching Coordinator for both Florida and Arizona, as well as Pitching Trainer. Earlier experience includes serving as a Pitching Coach at Carmen Fusco Baseball Academy and Director of Analytics at Inspiration Academy. Toby Nagel also gained valuable insights as a MiLB Fieldf/x Operator with SMT and as a Scout & Field Manager for Perfect Game USA. Additional experiences include event operations at D.C. United, a scouting apprenticeship with Mike Toomey for the KC Royals, and marketing internship at Weiss LLP. Toby Nagel earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Sports Management and a minor in Psychology from The George Washington University.
