Victor Martinez is a video producer for the Miami Marlins. Victor previously worked as a video production assistant for the Boston Red Sox, where they won two New England Emmy awards as an editor and producer. Victor has also worked as a security officer, mentor, and facilitator.

Martinez began their career in 2013 as an intern at the Boston Neighborhood Network Media. Victor then became a security officer with Allied Universal. In 2012, they began working as a mentor with the Boys and Girls Clubs of America. Victor later became a facilitator and mentor with Tufts University.

Martinez’s experience with various organizations has helped him develop their skills as a video producer. Victor is able to operate hand-held and wireless cameras, as well as control room equipment. Victor has also filmed commercials and live broadcasts of sporting events. In 2019, they were named Employee of the Season by the Boston Red Sox.

Victor Martinez attended Roxbury Community College and earned an Associate of Arts in Broadcast Media Technology.
