Maroon Research Institute is a non-profit corporation (with 501c3 status through administration) advancing critical research, successful "innovation to commercialisation" lifecycle, and global strategic partnerships to solve material innovation gaps in Healthy Aging & Longevity ~ by advancing Preventative Health solutions for chronic Population Health conditions, and Climate Impact on Health.

The Institute will be expanding its Innovation & Investment Hubs in 2025 for its following operations:

- Global Longevity Venture Studio
- AstraWell Womens Health Initiative including the AstraWell Venture Studio 
- Catalytic Climate Fellowship advancing positive Climate-Health research
- Forums in BioTech, Blue Economy & Built Environment
