Larissa Roe has a diverse work experience, starting their career in 2015 as an Account Manager/Client Relations at ESM Fulfillment & Distribution (formerly ES Media). Larissa then worked as a Brand Ambassador at Carhartt from 2014 to 2018. In 2018, they joined ExpertVoice as a Customer Success Manager, where they served as the point of contact for 50+ brands and executed various client projects. Larissa then moved on to Lucid Software in 2020 as a Customer Success Manager, where they contributed to the growth and success of cloud-based visual productivity applications. In 2021, they joined Lucidpress as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, and later took on the role of Manager of Customer Success at Marq in the same year. Throughout their career, Larissa has demonstrated strong customer success skills, analytics reporting, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Larissa Roe completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University, which they pursued from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2016, they obtained their Associate's Degree in Marketing from Hudson Valley Community College.
