Ryan Marsh

Ryan Marsh is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in litigation and compliance within the financial and fintech sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director and Associate General Counsel at Marqeta since June 2023, Ryan leads the litigation team and oversees the vendor management team, while also holding interim roles as Chief Compliance Officer and head of the Product & Regulatory Legal team. Prior positions include senior regulatory attorney and Deputy General Counsel at FIS, Senior Director roles at Brex and PayPal, Vice President of Litigation at LendingClub, and various leadership positions at eBay. Ryan's early career included roles at prestigious law firms and a Judicial Law Clerk position. Ryan holds a JD from Stanford Law School and a BBA in International Business with Honors from the University of Georgia.
