Daniel Hoerr

Daniel Hoerr is a Senior Mechanical Engineer and System Engineering Manager at Marquardt Switches, Inc. North America, leading the North American System Engineering Team and overseeing strategic alignment and resource planning across multiple product groups. With experience as a Technical Specialist in Mechanical Development, Daniel mentors mechanical engineers and conducts design reviews within global development teams. As the lead design engineer for global steering wheel switch design for General Motors, Daniel coordinated projects with teams across Asia, Europe, and NAFTA. Daniel is also the CEO and Founder of Red Barn Farm Homestead, showcasing versatility across different fields. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences, earned from 2007 to 2011.
