Under this new name, we continue to set benchmarks in the real estate sector. Presently, Marquee Capital adeptly manages over 2.5 million square feet of retail space, maintaining an occupancy rate of over 90%. Our portfolio also boasts a collection of senior housing assets, with 650 units that have been developed/re-developed, alongside various joint ventures with sponsors specializing in opportunistic investments.
