Scott McCubbrey serves as Managing Director at Marquee Development since October 2023. Prior experience includes Senior Vice President of Development at Brookfield Properties from January 2019 to October 2023, where oversight encompassed development activities in the East Region of Brookfield’s retail portfolio, managing all phases of the development process and coordinating approvals from various stakeholders. Notable projects at Brookfield included several high-profile retail developments in New York City and Las Vegas. Prior to Brookfield, Scott held various roles at GGP from June 2012 to December 2018 and served as Vice President of Asset Management at Rushmore Properties, LLC. Educational background includes a BA in Finance from Michigan State University, completed in 2006.
