Eric Bailey

Eric Bailey has extensive experience in project management within the real estate and construction industries. Currently serving as Principal at Generation Properties, LLC since January 2019, Eric has also held the position of Project Manager at Marrick Properties, Inc. since June 2010. Prior to that role, Eric worked as a Project Manager at HITT Contracting Inc. from August 2004 to June 2010. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction from the Georgia Institute of Technology, obtained between 2000 and 2004.
