Ashwin Thomas

Ashwin Thomas is currently engaged in a development role at Marriott International, where they support the growth of the company's brands in Asia Pacific through due diligence, analysis, and the development of hotel pro formas. With extensive experience at Marriott from 2012 to 2018, they held various senior positions, including Senior Director of Development Planning and Feasibility for South East Asia and South Asia. Prior to Marriott, Ashwin worked with IHG as a Manager Development Planning and was involved in sales and management roles at ITC Hotels and The Park Hotels. They earned a Bachelor of Hotel Management from Welcomgroup Graduate School of Hotel Administration and an MBA in Finance and Strategy from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
